Story
As a person who hated PE, and tried to dodge any physical exercise for most of her life (apart from dancing at parties, of course), I see running 5km obstacle race as a real challenge. While I'm going to the gym at 6:30am and doing push-ups, I'd like you to help me along the way by contributing to a good cause.
I volunteer for Mind in Harrow and really believe in their projects. They make sure people with mental health issues are respected, supported through their struggles, and heard. The more we can raise, the more people will be able to get hope that recovery is possible, and that they aren't alone.
Through my physical challenge, I'd like to help people who face emotional challenges every day.
