We are both participating in this year's Spartan Super race in Scotland: a 13km track and obstacle course at Dalkeith Country Park, while aiming to raise money for ProjectScotland, a charity which helps young people gain the experience required to improve employability. 

This is Michael's second Spartan Race, and Jonny's first, and we are both confident that we can do well, and with your help, reach our target of £500!
