6 years ago I went clean from drugs, having been given 2 years of outpatient rehabilitation support from the Substance Misuse Service (now Cranstoun Pavilions). I am pleased to say that I am still clean. 

To celebrate my 6 years of sobriety, on the 28th March I am undertaking a 6 hour non-stop spin bike session; and would like to raise £100 to Crantoun to help with the continuation of their vital work with vulnerable communities.
