About SPLASH Community
SPLASH came into existence in March 1988, primarily focusing on campaigning for more social/affordable housing for the community within the Poplar & Blackwall areas of Tower Hamlets.
Since then, SPLASH has diversified and works on numerous social issues that affect all people in the SPLASH area.
