I am running in the 2021 London marathon for Relate west surrey. This charity does amazing work with all ages regarding mental health and break downs in relationships. Mental health is something that affects a high number of people especially after the year we have all had. Relate does a lot of work with children and young adults through CAHMS. How this last year has affected our children is so important to recognise, they have lost whole years of their childhood and education and normal experiences, living through something that even us adults struggle to comprehend. Please help me raise as much as I can for this amazing charity. I am aiming to run the marathon in under 4 hours and every penny raised will inspire me more to reach this target.
