I joined Try Club run by the Foundation last year and in 12 weeks I 

lost a load of weight and now feel so much fitter especially as I am trying to keep fighting against getting Type 2 Diabetes which is prevalent in my family.

Please help me with raising funds for this great cause which improves the health of many people in the Leeds area.
