Thanks guys. During the month of January I will be running 90 miles. I am doing this to raise money for the Emmie Smilie Charity Foundation which is a cancer charity that supports all of those affected by the horrible disease. Im sure we have all been affected by cancer directly or indirectly so please dig deep and give whatever you can - any donation is greatly appreciated. As many of you know Im not too fond of running so this will be a challenge for me. I will keep you all updated via social media.
