I ran the marathon in 2008 when I was fitter, lighter and generally better.

I have secured a place in the London Marathon this year and want to beat my last time of 4hrs 20 with an aim of running sub 4hrs and proving that im not quite over the hill just yet.

Lots of people think I am too old/fat/slow so a chance to prove them wrong and raise a little money for a great cause -
