For those who dont know, Combat Stress is a UK based charity that does excellent work helping British Veterans suffering from a range of psychological injuries and mental health problems suffered as a result of their service.

As most of you who have known me for a while can attest, i'm a reformed fatboy and a lotof training, and clothes that dont fit anymore, has gone onto this so please dig deep for those who have given so much for us.
