Since a young age, I have had a terrible phobia of spiders.

To give you an insight as to how frightened I am - I once rang my parents (who were in Cyprus at the time) in floods of tears and having a panic attack because I couldn't leave the house...due to a spider being next to the door!!

In September, I will be going to the Butterfly House for a 30 minute "hands on" experience with creepy crawlies such as reptiles, cockroaches, scorpions and...the tarantula!!

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.

Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

This challenge will not only make me face my fear, but will raise money for a very worthy cause.
