At midnight on Saturday 9 June, while you are tucked up asleep, Isabel and Tash will be squeezing into lycra and applying a generous layer of chamois cream to take on this 100KM cycle through central London. 

We're doing this to raise money for Brook, the leading sexual health and wellbeing charity for under 25s. 

Brook's work is absolutely vital in order to keep young people safe from harm as well as helping them to navigate the complex world of sexual health and wellbeing. Whether it's through clinical services, education in schools, counselling, advocating for improved services or training for professionals, Brook is dedicated to ensuring that young people are equipped with the skills they need to stay healthy, safe and happy.
