Story

Sidmouth RFC are going to help save the UK's Charities by partaking in the 2.6 challenge. If you like to help the club in this undertaking please donate to any of the participants challenge or join the team and set yourself a challenge and get sponsored.

General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income.

This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.

About the charity

Our charity raises funds to make a difference to the people we care for and provides a platform which encourages recovery, wellbeing and draws closer links to the community. Donations will enable us to provide above and beyond what the NHS is able to fund.
