The Go Ape Foundation has partnered with two charities; Free to Be Kids and Go Beyond. Please split your donation equally between the two charities.

The team at Go Ape Crawley has set the challenge of walking from their cabin in Tilgate Park in Crawley to the end of Brighton Pier on 19th June 2025 in aid of both charity partners. The route will take them through the Sussex countryside totalling approximately 26 miles.

Why are we fundraising and who are we fundraising for?

We are fundraising for the Go Ape Foundation | Go Ape. The purpose of the Go Ape Foundation is to help people to overcome financial challenges to access adventure.

The Go Ape Foundation supports two amazing charity partners Go Beyond and Free To Be Kids. Both charities give children and young people facing serious challenges in their lives, the chance for a break that lasts a lifetime.

They provide residential experiences that use the power of outdoor adventure to help support and heal. They give children and young people who have been bereaved, abused or bullied, who are living in poverty or caring for loved ones, the chance to escape their worries and pressures. To have the moments and experiences they need, to believe in themselves and think beyond the day-to-day for a bigger, brighter future.

The June fundraiser is called ‘Action for Adventure’ as we are taking action to enable others to access outdoor adventure.
