Kidney treatments are lifelong and not short-term, unlike other life support treatments.

We are aiming to raise awareness for patients to have control over their dialysis treatment, which significantly improves quality of life and independence.

The Renal Home Therapies team at Southend Hospital supports patients in empowering them to take charge of their dialysis regime in their own home.

We are aiming to raise money to fund works and equipment, in the hope of creating a more home from home environment in the Home Therapies Training room. These vital funds will help build patient’s confidence and belief in their ability to self treat.
