This October, our team is looking to raise funds for TheNewNormal, a fantastic mental health charity that offers peer to peer support meetings to connect adults through their experience of grief and struggle.

With a mission to provide space for adults who are struggling with life's difficult moments, particularly bereavement, we're hoping to play a small part in helping them make up their income shortfall for this year.

We'll be taking part in a 5k "Walk to nowhere" in central London on Tuesday 17th October, starting near Liverpool Street and covering the surrounding areas in London.
