Hey friends and family,

A big group of us are doing the 5km Electric run through Wembley this Saturday night.  We didn't want to make it into a fundraising event, but after last week’s devastating earthquake in Nepal on the 25th April, we thought we could use the opportunity to do our bit and contribute to the numerous relief efforts in the region.  

The Disaster Emergency Committee member agencies and their partners are working urgently to provide emergency shelter, food, clean water and blankets. Once immediate, life-saving needs are met they will work with individuals, families and communities to support them to rebuild their lives. 

No amount is too small so please feel free to contribute as much as you can towards this.  We won’t be sending out any reminders or chasers, just a one off sweep so please dig deep.
