Streetlife is the only charity in Blackpool specifically aiming to assist homeless young people. The Streetlife Day Centre and Night Shelter provide support and emergency accommodation for young people who need it the most. Streetlife adopts a non-judgemental approach and aims to provide opportunities for these precious young people to make their own way. We all need a little help sometimes and Streetlife tries to be there for those who need it NOW, TONIGHT.

I'm a committee member at Streetlife. I know just how tight the finances can get. The Sleepout plays a massive part in securing these vital services and paying the extraordinary staff.   

If you'd like to know more, Streetlife was featured in Stacy Dooley's very powerful Young and Homeless documentary. This is available on YouTube. The stories in the documentary show the need for charities like Streetlife better than anything I can say.
