Red Nose Day is back on Friday 13th March 2015 and whilst Friday the 13th is known as an unlucky day, we are hoping to have more luck as we embark on our team challenge, Ironman.

The IronmanTriathlon is the big daddy of all endurance races. We’re talking a 2.4-mile swim, followed by a 112-mile bike, finishing with a marathon – all in one day.

With over 180 events in over 20 countries, we will be holding our very own Ironman right here in the great outdoors of London.
