Leading South West accountancy firm, Albert Goodman, is celebrating its 150th year anniversary with a 150km bike ride on 30 September 2016. A team of eight members of staff will cycle to each of the firm’s offices located across the South West to raise money for charity.
Starting at the Weymouth offices, the team will begin their cycle spending approximately eight hours in the saddle, stopping at offices in Yeovil, Chard, Taunton, Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea and Wedmore, before finally crossing the finish line at Weston-super-Mare.
Each office will host a mini party for the cyclists on arrival, selling cakes and refreshments, with all contributions being equally divided between each of the charities. Further to the donations made at each pit stop, the Albert Goodman partners will match the money raised by the cyclists’ efforts.
