Bring Your Dog to Work Day
Agria will be supporting: All Dogs Matter, the official Bring Your Dog To Work Day charity and MASKS ( Make A Special Kid Smile), Agria's local charity selection.
MASK were founded in May 2005 and are fully committed to supporting The Vale Federation of special schools in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire (Booker Park and Stocklake Park schools). They are a small, local, registered charity which provides the means to enhance and improve the lives of the students aged between 3 and 19 years who have a range of complex needs:-
Moderate, severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties Autism Communication difficulties Emotional, social and behavioural disorders Sensory impairments

MASKS supports the emotional and physical well-being of the individual child and their families/carers, by using funds raised to provide opportunities otherwise unavailable to them, helping them to realise their potential by giving them social experiences which will build their confidence, support their
educational advancement and encourage as much future independence as possible.
This charity is close to our hearts because it supports those children that need special care, as well as them having access to a ‘Dogs for Good’ (previously known as Dogs for the Disabled) dog called ‘Patience’ , who is helping them on a daily basis. Patience helps the students learn through activity and therapy based approaches. She is now a familiar sight with the students at Stocklake Park and has spent eighteen months at school. Patience’s role at the school has already produced positive results and she has had a positive impact in many different areas of the students’ learning.

Our funding target for this Friday is £250, so the money will be split evenly to All Dogs Matter (the campaigns charity) and MASKS (our local charity).
