As part of the historic Diamond Anniversary of the Duke of Edinburgh Award, RSM, as a long running supporter of the award, are throwing our full efforts to the cause!
Here, at the Reading Office, RSM are going to take on the dreaded tough mudder challenge - a fearsome battle through trenches of mud, ice cold water, and crazy obstacles! To get through this, the full team will need to work together to motivate, as well as push/pull/carry everyone through. To build up to this, the Reading office is going to start a weekly running club in an effort to (try to) prepare ourselves!
As a new adventure, we will travel to Snowdonia and test our mettle by taking on Europe's fastest and longest Zip Wire. Travelling at incredible speeds, held on by nothing but a couple of wires, each individual will experience breathtaking G Force - an adventure sure to stay in our memories forever!
To finish off, we will develop a skill together, a skill that will make us a nightmare for the ragamuffins of this world...Jujutsu! As a group, we will indulge in learning the ancient Japanese martial art, and learn how to manipulate opposing force rather than generating our own. Who knows, we may have an emerging Olympic Champion in our midst?!
