Thanks for visiting TEP's team fundraising page.
To mark our 20th birthday, we wanted to dedicate some of our resources to help charities close to our staff’s hearts.
Our headline charity is Sightsavers which eliminates avoidable blindness and promotes equal opportunities for those with visual disability. As environmentalists, we massively value the gift of sight, through which so many of us experience the natural world. So what better way to mark our 20th birthday than supporting a charity which restores 20:20 vision?! A sight-saving operation in the developing world costs only £30, so every donation makes a life-changing difference.
Each of our offices has also chosen a local charity. Our Market Harborough and Gateshead teams are raising funds for the Air Ambulances. Our London team is supporting Webber Street a refuge helping London’s homeless. Our Cornwall team chose the Fishermen's Mission providing welfare in the UK’s most dangerous peacetime occupation. Our Warrington team nominated Manchester City of Trees which invigorates Greater Manchester’s landscape by planting a tree for each child, woman and man who lives there!
You can follow our fundraising events on our individual JustGiving pages or on our website: http://www.tep.uk.com/tep20/
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never share them with anyone or send you unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. They'll make sure Gift Aid (an additional 25%) is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, too. That means more money goes to the charity, faster, with JustGiving.
