Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Dave would like to personally reiterate his thanks to you all for donating to his chosen causes for his most recent fundraising event from Lands End to John O' Groats. He said it was very difficult but rewarding!!!
Dave Marsland and fellow cyclist Michael Harrison will now participate in a 115 mile cycle ride in one day from Morecambe to Sunderland on Friday 2nd August in order to raise money for two local charities which are Face to Face YMCA (part of Fylde Coast YMCA) and Funpod Foxes Multi Sports Disability Club.
With your help, funds raised will be re-distributed into our communities to provide support services to young people who find themselves homeless or living within inappropriate conditions. The help generated will ensure more young people are given the right form of assistance and guidance to secure suitable tenancy and lead healthier lives for stronger families and communities.
Funpod Foxes is a local club based on the Fylde Coast providing children and adults with disabilities the ability to express themselves through multi-skilled activities. Funds donated will help towards the cost of replacing tired equipment and increasing hire costs.
So please donate and help us to reach our targets. We only have one week to raise as much as possible for the chosen charities, but if you can help once again it would be fantastic for the chosen charities to support all the work they do for the members of the community. You can donate to either of us, the funds all go to the same cause, so it doesn't matter who you choose.
