This year the Forget Me Not Cafe fundraising will be split between two charities - the Alzheimer's Society, which we have been supporting for the last three years, and the Stroke Association.
Last February my lovely dad passed away suddenly after a stroke, and we felt it was only right to do something for this amazing charity in his memory.
