Heather and Neil have joined together to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
This is a charity very close to Heather, who has wanted to do something for this Charity for quite some time. Neil has promised to support her during the 10k Fun Run and raise money for an amazing cause!
Neither of us have done much training for this up until now and have just 10 weeks to do so (Don't forget about the asthma either!). This is going to be a difficult challenge for us both and would love all the support you can give us.
