Story
My colleague and friend Paul Davey has very recently been diagnosed with this rare form of blood cancer. As Paul commences his treatment, this challenge will hopefully raise some funds for the charity providing valuable support for his condition.
A small donation will be very much appreciated. I appreciate it is short notice but as an added incentive, if we can raise £500 I will run my leg of the challenge on Sunday in fancy dress.
WMUK is the only charity in the UK focused solely on Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinaemia (WM), a rare type of blood cancer. We are a partnership of WM doctors and patients in the UK working together to improve the treatment and care of people with WM. Your support helps us in our work to focus on providing: accurate diagnosis and high-quality care, personalised information and support, research that matters to patients and access to new and better treatments.
