Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Over the next 12 months we will be competing in a number of endurance MTB races.  Our campaign kicks off in Donnington on 30 May 09 with the Bike Radar Night Enduro Race, a 12 hour off road race that runs through the night on a purpose built MTB course.  From there we head off to Wales and our AFAN Challenge.  Here our aim will be to complete all the routes in the Upper Afan Trail Park in less than 12 hours, over 100km of brutal climbs & technical single track that will push us to the limit!  We then prepare ourselves for the UK's toughest MTB race, The TRANS WALES takes place between 15 - 22 Aug 09; each team of 2 will endure 7 days of racing, cover over 600km, climb in excess of 16000m, compete in time trials and long challenging linking stages, this event has it all.  Three down, one to go.......the big one!  The CAPE EPIC has the reputation of being the world's toughest MTB race.  20 - 27 Mar 10 will see 1200 MTB racers, including the world’s best elite riders will descend upon South Africa to compete in Africa's untamed MTB race.  To beat the EPIC teams of 2 must race through 1000km of African wilderness; slog their way up 16'500m of climbing, cross rivers & scale mountains before crossing the finish line in Cape Town.  A challenge worthy of your support?  We hope so!!!
