Story
On the 7th July myself and my big bro will be attempting to cycle 100 miles on our trusty tandem (accompanied by a few of our mad friends). This will be a real test for us but we will be doing it to raise money for two incredible charities that have been a big part of our lives:
Paragon Music: Based in Glasgow, Paragon run inclusive music and dance workshops to help raise people's aspirations and positive self-image. David and I have been involved with Paragon for a number of years and have performed together with them in The Tramway, the Dundee Rep Theatre and the Theatre Royal. They do incredible work all over Scotland providing an invaluable source of expression for people of all ages and abilities.

Southton Smallholding: a small farm just outside of Perth where David works three days a week. This tight-knit community has been a huge part of David's life and allows him to put his talents in animal-keeping and working the land to good use. After leaving school David was in and out of numerous college courses and work-placements for a number of years until we finally found Southton. It is a place where he is genuinely valued for his skills as well as his friendly personality and dry sense of humour.

Both are amazing causes so any donations are greatly appreciated. You can donate to Paragon on this page or follow the link to the Southton page:
