Aden Campbell, Leigh Robins, Dave Algar. Just three lads with minimal cardiac endurance who are taking on the Tough Mudder challenge this year, with just under two months to prepare for the gruelling 12 mile course.

Originally we were doing this just to challenge ourselves, but after a bit of research in to the sponsored charity, help for heroes, we realised it would be a great opportunity to make a difference. It's a brilliant charity doing some really important work for our heroes overseas and at home. Growing up in Carterton we've all got parents with military backgrounds so it's something close to our hearts too.

We do frequent updates on our progress and training, and we hope you enjoy them. They're a laugh, but the focus really is on raising money.

We're not asking for a lot. It all adds up. Just think of it as your good deed for the day/week/month/year (depending on how tight you are).
