We use sport, exercise and activities to aid the rehabilitation of amputees

Story

I lost my right leg 2 years ago following a cycling accident in Cambridge. It has been a difficult journey however with the support of my amazing family and friends I have been able to return almost fully to my previous active life.

My biggest challenge so far will be climbing Snowdon on 6th June with a group of inspiring amputees. Walking with a prosthetic leg requires approx 50% more effort and I am both excited and nervous about reaching the summit.

Limbpower are a great charity who help people such as myself whose lives have been turned upside down by trauma, war and illness and through the power of sport empower individuals to take control of their lives.
