We are Amos, Benard, Bright, Gift, Thomas and Mwansa. You might know us as the Barefeet Acrobats. Maybe we have even performed in your home town in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, USA, South Africa or other countries. We had an absolute blast travelling the world and showcasing our work to you! 

Now we want to take our work home. We come from Chibolya, an area know as the most impoverished and disadvantaged in Lusaka. But we are proud of where we grew up. We have made a show called 'Treasure in Chibolya', which tells our story.  With this show we hope to inspire our fellow youth and show Lusaka what people from Chibolya are capable of.   

Treasure in Chibolya moves beyond the common negative stereotypes and finds stories of wonder and awe from some of the most inspiring Chibolya residents. 

From humble beginnings our group of acrobats have worked hard for years and travelled the world to perform at the UNICEF headquarters in New York as well as festivals in Poland, Ireland, Holland, Belgium and the UK. From London, Manchester, Liverpool and Edinburgh stages to opening the show at HIFA 2014 and even the great wall of China this collective of young men are back where it all began to share their journey through a unique display of film, acrobatics, circus, animation and original music these young men will guide you on your journey to find the hidden treasure….. with a little help from their friends they met along the way.
