On July the 22nd myself and Nat will be taking part in the London 2017 Triathlon as part of Team Overgate. 

Team Overgate is something I have put together to raise money in memory of my mum and all the other people that Overgate care so brilliantly for. 

35 people, 33 Triathlon 1st timers, one BIG challenge. 

It's 2 years since my mom went into Overgate, they gave fantastic end of life care to my mom, so I'm Tri'ing for them, and the care they continue to give for those who need it most and support for their families! 

35 of us with a big target to raise so I would forever be grateful if you could sponsor me and the team.
