Why I want to support Storybook Dads:

Storybook Dads helped me maintain family ties. Unfortunately at the time I was unable to make any donations, because of this I have decided to run the Hackney Half Marathon to raise money and awareness for Storybook Dads

I have training for many months now and have managed to do 13.5 miles in 1 hour 52 mins

About Storybook Dads:

Every year in the UK, over 200,000 children suffer the trauma of parental imprisonment. We help to maintain the vital emotional bond between parent and child by enabling parents to make bedtime story CDs, DVDs and other educational gifts for their children.50% of all prisoners lose contact with their families. Those that maintain contact are up to 6 times less likely to re-offend.
