The more we see of the complex problems in our world, the more we understand we're all needed to work towards the solutions. The least we can do is put on some trainers! Big sister, Lizzie, will be pedalling the 42 miles Birmingham & Midlands Velo in May. Little sister, Vicky, will be attempting her first half marathon at Chillington Hall in June.

Cyclone Idai killed nearly 1,000 people & has left 3 million people in need of help in Mozambique, Malawi & Zimbabwe. Flooding has destroyed vital crops, homes, roads, schools & churches. Dirty water also brings increased risk of waterborne diseases. In the long term, many will need help to rebuild their lives. Feed The Hungry UK has been responding through its partners in Malawi. But it also runs essential feeding programmes in many countries around the world. Last year Vicky went to Zimbabwe with the charity & met children & their families who were so grateful to receive the nutritious meals.
