I know that for many, Christmas is ages away. It's summer! Who cares about Christmas right now, right? Well, unfortunately, not everyone has the luxury of being able to forget about it until a much later date, and not all soldiers have the luxury of being with family. I am in this position myself; my other half won't be home for a time which should really be spent with family.

They are an outstanding charity who make sure that ALL troops overseas get a present on Christmas Day. They receive no public funding so rely solely on the kind-heartedness of strangers to help make this happen. This year, they aim to send 22,000 boxes to our soldiers deployed overseas. Although they can't be home for Christmas, there is no reason why we shouldn't help them celebrate Christmas in some small way. 

Please help me make this Christmas for our serving troops as good as it can be given the circumstances. They have given up their Christmas with their family to let you have Christmas with yours, so spare a thought for them and for their families and donate! It would mean a lot to me, and you'd be helping to raise smiles on soldiers' faces.
