Challenge completed 17th March in 7 hours and 10 mins ! 

Some of you may know that I have been training since the beginning of this year to run the Bournemouth Half Marathon, unfortunately I have suffered a knee injury which isn’t repairing quickly enough and I am unable to take part in impact sport activities! 

But I promised you guys a challenge so I’ve come up with a solution, more miles, more pain, more hours.. 100 mile cycle in one day (I am NOT a cyclist).
