On Sunday 13th June, we invite you to unite with all bereaved parents and complete a 5k walk - in your own time, and in a location of your choice - to help us raise funds and vital awareness for 3 supportive charities.

A Community will be coming together. It is a community that no-one could ever want to be a part of, a community that no-one could ever expect to be a part of and a community that wishes no-one else would ever have to be a part of...

... the baby loss community.

Parents and families from all over the country will be walking for their angels. Some may have lost their baby during pregnancy, some at birth, and some shortly after birth... but we all have one thing in common... we lost our babies.

Grief and loss is something we will have to experience, but losing a baby just cuts you a little differently and leaves a wound that will never heal, it changes you. As such, it is so important that the support is out there for parents that find themselves in this heart-breaking position.

The charities we are supporting are:

1. Tommy's - a charity that funds research into the prevention of baby loss.

2. Tiny Tickers - a charity that improves the early detection and diagnosis of heart defects in babies

3. Remember my Baby - a charity that provides a gift of baby remembrance photography to parents experiencing the loss of their baby before, during or shortly after birth

80% of all funds raised will go to supporting Tommy's and 10% each to Tiny Tickers & Remember my Baby. 

Hemraj Goyal Foundation have generously agreed to match fund, pound for pound, up to a total of £10,000.

We would really appreciate any donations for this walk in support of the above charities. Baby loss is such a sensitive topic and those affected find themselves taking on the most difficult journey of their lives - every penny will go to not only supporting parents, but also to help prevent occurrences of baby loss - to hopefully stop people from joining our community.
