About GROW - Prism the Gift Fund
Our aim is to transform our relationships with food, the land and each other.
We are turning a derelict, unused, 6-acre site into a vibrant working urban farm. We will grow food and raise animals, whilst providing a holistic life skills programme for young people and the wider community.
