I have lapped the Isle of Wight by boat many times but, for some inexplicable reason, I have been talked into doing it on foot this time! The 64 miles, blisters and aches will be worth it if you can support us so that we will all have warm and dry lifeboat kit to enjoy whilst providing assistance to others?

Day 1 will see us walk Cowes to Freshwater
Day 2 continues from Freshwater to Sandown
Day 3 completes back in Cowes
