On the 20th August 2016 I will be participating in the COPS 30 miler, a 'yomp' around the Cheviots, Northumberland to raise money for the Care of Police survivors, the Royal Marines charity and the Alzheimer's society charity. This is an event organised by the Royal Marines, and replicates the final challenge marines face for the 'green beret'. Commandos have to do this in 9 hours and i plan to do this in less time.
