So the ‘BIG GIRL PANTS’ are on!!.. Im seeing this as a massive personal challenge as well as an amazing opportunity to raise a large amount of money for all the work and support the Hospice gives. Having spent time in and around the hospice the comfort and reassurance is sometimes overwhelming ..from the medical care on the palliative side right down to the ‘home comforts’ to make you feel as ‘at ease’ as you can at what can be a very distressing time for all involved. The hospice team know, through experience, that everybody in the situation requires help and guidance through this most difficult period. It is really important to me that they can keep on offering the support and guidance that they do and I feel honoured to be able to take part in this challenge. I know it will push me to my limits, physically and emotionally..but with the support of my family and friends, and knowing the reason behind why I am doing this, if fills me with hope that I will reach my target for sponsorship.  Thank you for reading to the end!!🤣😂🙏🏼😘
