Hard As Nails

Yay! Thanks for visiting ‘Hard As Nails’ our team fundraising page. 😀 

We’re taking part in the Tough Mudder 5K South London - Clapham on 13/10/2018 to raise money for World Cancer Research Fund UK and we'd really appreciate your support.

Each of us has been personally affected by cancer. Some of the story’s have ended bitterly short and heartbreaking and some of them have been success story’s! However even the successful story’s mean that we constantly live in fear of it returning. We want to be able to write our children’s future meaning the dreaded C word isn’t so dreaded as it is prevented or cured.

We have a small family run beauty salon (Ooh La La Hair & Beauty Salon, Epsom) where our clients are more than clients - they are friends. Sarah has become a loving loyal friend to us. We live in ore of the way her and her husband live life to the max with limited sight. When we found out that the tough mudder was something Steve wanted to achieve - how could we not support him (although I think it’s him that will be supporting us!!) and what better charity to raise money for whilst helping a friend accomplish one of their goals!
