10YFan 2018 will take place this year on the 12th and 13th May and as always Ellie and Harri want to climb and to raise as much money as they can for this years chosen charity.

There’s never any question about whether they want to climb only how many climbs they think they can do! Last year Ellie climbed an amazing four times, Harri managed an incredible two and together they raised a staggering £2137 including gift aid for last years charities: To Wish upon a Star and Dreams and Wishes.

They are our hero’s! Ellie is the most amazing kind and supportive sister and Harri’s bravery and determination continues to amaze us every day. They keep us going and as parents we are so incredibly proud of them.

This month Harri will be having his 23rd cycle of chemotherapy since August 2016. This includes 12 high doses and 11 maintenance. We are not sure if after all of this treatment he will be up to two climbs but this is what he wants to do and he never fails to amaze us.

Whatever they do we will be so proud of them as you can guarantee they will try their hardest and like us they so want to support the charities that have supported us.

The Kids Cancer Charity that we are supporting this year are so close to their hearts not only because they helped us get to Florida in 2016 and have arranged for us to stay in their wonderful caravan in Tenby on a few occasions but because they provide us with the wonderful Anne White.

Anne is Ellie and Harri’s play therapist and one of the most wonderful ladies that we have met. She has a heart of gold, plays with the children, talks through their worries and we couldn’t have been without her.

Fundraising is hard, particularly when we are asking the same people for support, who have supported us since Harri’s diagnosis and who helped Ellie and Harri reach such an amazing target last year but if you could spare just a few pounds to get behind our wonderful children and our cause again this year we would be so very grateful 🎈
