My Dad lived till he was 91 with "heart failure" for 50 of these years.

I was told I only had a few weeks to live in January 2024 following a heart attack without life saving quadruple by pass surgery. The videos here prior to June are from my 127 mile trip to raise £3,000 for UHNM.

I'm doing this in memory of my Dad Richard McMorrine Holden and for people, like me who's lives have been saved and improved by the advances in heart care and to support the research that BHF undertakes to benefit those faced with cardiac issues. BHF are amazing ❤️💕
