Ostomy Canada is gearing up for its 10th Step Up for Ostomy Campaign this year! This is the 9th year for Regina & District Ostomy.   Come join us on September 23rd at the Wascana Rehab Centre, 2nd floor to talk, walk and celebrate "Living Life to the Fullest".  Let’s all Step Up for Ostomy, to raise awareness, eliminate stigma and raise funds to help enhance Ostomy Canada Programs!   We'll start at 0930 with a walk or some yoga about 10 and then settle in for lunch and a visit at 11.    Everyone welcome, family, friends, neighbours!
