HCH Phase 2 will be purpose built for the arts. It will feature performance halls, labs, studios, and collaborative spaces designed for music, film, television, comedy, theatre, visual arts, and other creative and performing arts. These spaces will be equipped with professional quality production tools, technology rich teaching environments, and industry standard equipment that prepare learners for real world careers.

The hub will also integrate Indigenous culture and sustainable design, creating a space that reflects the diverse communities it serves. As a focal point for southwestern Toronto, HCH will connect Humber to the city’s vibrant arts scene while opening its doors to the community through accessible programming and shared creative spaces.
