Alyssa Gawlinski is raising money for Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana
During the 2025 Clubhouse Hero Challenge from May 22 to June 8, our alliance of heroes is competing to raise the most funds to support bright futures for our Club kids.

Story

I am joining forces with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana to ask YOU to become a champion for our kids!

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana provides safe and enriching environments for young people after school, offering programs focused on academic success, character and leadership development, and healthy lifestyles. Serving over 8,000 youth annually throughout their 10 Clubs in Lake and Porter Counties, they are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.

A bit about me...

I am a proud Northwest Indiana native passionate about building strong communities through construction, commercial real estate, and service. As Area Manager at Finishing Chicago, I lead strategic initiatives that support finishing contractors and skilled trades professionals across the Chicagoland area. My work focuses on workforce development, industry visibility, and collaborative partnerships—all with the goal of strengthening the trades and creating long-term impact. I’ve built my career on thoughtful strategy, operational excellence, and authentic relationships that drive sustainable growth.

Outside of work, I stay deeply connected to causes that empower others. I serve as Board President of Fighting Pretty, a national nonprofit supporting women battling cancer, and as a Board Member for Girls on the Run of Northwest Indiana, helping young girls build confidence and resilience. I’m also a proud PALS Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Indiana, mentoring youth and investing in the next generation. Everything I do is rooted in my belief in the power of community, connection, and leading with purpose.

As a Clubhouse Hero during the 2025 Clubhouse Hero Challenge from May 25 to June 8, I am competing against other local leaders to see who can raise the most funds to support bright futures for our region’s youth. If I win, I will deliver on a special promise for the kids at one local Club. Your contribution gives our region’s children the tools to become the superheroes of their own stories.
