A bit about me...
I am a community leader, entrepreneur, and proud advocate for personal and collective growth. I currently serve as Vice President of the Board of Directors for C.O.A.T.E.S Inc. and own College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, where I focus on business development and creating a positive impact in the communities we serve. With more than a decade of experience in corporate and government communications and external affairs, I’ve built my career on forming meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships that drive lasting change.
In addition to my work in business and leadership, I’m a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, published author, and speaker who is passionate about faith-based self-care, gratitude, and intentional living. Whether I’m coaching, writing, or speaking, my goal is to inspire others to embrace growth, prioritize well-being, and lead purpose-driven lives. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and spend my free time outdoors—running, hiking, and biking—recharging in nature and staying grounded in what matters most.
As a Clubhouse Hero during the 2025 Clubhouse Hero Challenge from May 25 to June 8, I am competing against other local leaders to see who can raise the most funds to support bright futures for our region’s youth. If I win, I will deliver on a special promise for the kids at one local Club. Your contribution gives our region’s children the tools to become the superheroes of their own stories.
