I jumped on the chance to participate in this challenge for so many reasons.  It's great to do something good for my health, but honestly it was not the greatest motivator.  I want to do something that challenges me physically and mentally, and I want to take an action that in some small way works towards the goal of healthcare for everyone who needs or wants it.  As an added bonus, I get to see a lot of the natural beauty around me, something which I've always wanted to do.  I hope you will join me on this journey!
