Welcome to our 2020 London marathon page!

Story

Hi everyone,

I wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored me to run the 2020 London Marathon last year raising money for Kith and Kids.

Kith and Kids provide support for people with a learning disability or autism and their families. They're a shining beacon of a charity and make a difference with every penny donated.

Last year’s marathon wasn’t to be, due to those annoying small spiky things leading to pretty much everything important being cancelled. Your financial support was critical to helping Kith and Kids through a hugely difficult time with their key fundraising event cut off.

The 2020 marathon has been rescheduled for Sunday, October 3rd, and I didn’t hesitate to go for it once again and raise as much additional cash as I can for this wonderful charity.

Training has been slightly different this time with the arrival of Coach Miles and two weeks of COVID self-isolation but I’ve been running my little socks off. Picture is myself and the big boss after finishing the Wimbledon Half Marathon on Sunday, August 1st.

It's a new fundraising year and still a great cause who need your support more than ever so hope that you’ll give generously! I’ll give the remaining training and the race everything I’ve got!

Thanks,

Pete
